Increase conversion, convenience and security in
e-Commerce Checkouts

Feb 19 11:30 – Track two / Session 2 / Room Potsdam 3

Abstract:
Tokenization and Secure Remote Commerce (SRC) address a variety of challenges and concerns in e-commerce payments for PSPs and merchants. Network tokenization through the schemes connects merchants with issuing banks, resulting in various advantages compared to PSP proprietary tokens. Learn how this improves consumer convenience and usability, reduces abandonments and increases conversion. Silke Hubert will present how scheme tokenization and SRC can extend the offerings of PSPs and how this sets the foundation for a PSD2 compliant oneclick checkout.

Boost your approved transaction volume by utilizing EMV 3DS 2.2.0 and PSD2 RTS exemptions

Feb 19 13:55 – Track four / Session 3 / Room Pavillion

Abstract:
EVM 3DS 2.1 protocol has already been in use for some time. It was initially developed to cover the PSD2 RTS SCA requirements in e-commerce transactions, at the same time decrease the abandonment rate and increase the approved transactions rate. Cardholders’ demand for a better experience and improved security pushed the market forward. As a result of PSD 2 updates in the last year, different SCA exemptions were introduced. Those exemptions are supported within the new EMV 3DS 2.2.0 specification but you can apply them even earlier. If you´d like to understand how to benefit from EMV 3DS 2.2.0, proper handling of PSD2 RTS exemptions and the option for delegating the authentication, Netcetera is here to support you.
